Haiflon®  Polymer Processing Additives PPA9028F

PPA 9028F is free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing aid. At a very low level addition (50-800ppm), it can improve extrusion processing and without affecting the original  physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Wire & cables, film, sheet, masterbatch, pipe and all other polyolefin extrusion process, highest temperature value is at around 330ºC

Processing Guide

The dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via 2%-3% Masterbatch through twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to the ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.

Increase the ratio of LLDPE in LLDPE/LDPE blends for lower cost, higher quality;
